Cascade Brewing – Sang Noir

The Bruery – Otiose

Here is my micro-review of The Bruery Otiose, a sour brown ale that is aged in oak barrels with guavas. I got to try this one at The Bruery Anniversary Tasting Dinner at Spice Table, where it was paired with a coconut caramel apple crumble.

The Bruery – Marrón Acidifié

This is a new concept. Think of this as a stream of consciousness in regards to beer I am drinking in the here and now. First up, The Bruery / Cigar City Marrón Acidifié. This is a pretty rare one, but it does manage to pop up every once in awhile.
